Delete organization roles

You can delete organization roles of organizations in 10Duke SysAdmin.

If you delete a role that other organization roles inherit permissions from, this removes the role’s permissions from all the associated roles.

Note: If you delete an organization’s only organization role that has the role designator “orgadmin”, this disables the features in their OrgAdmin tool that assign and remove administrator access.

To delete an organization role from an organization:

  1. In SysAdmin in the left sidebar, go to ROLES AND PERMISSIONS > Organization roles.

  2. Click Change Organization, search and select the organization, and click Confirm.

  3. Select the role you want to delete and select Actions > Delete.

The changes take effect immediately for users who had the deleted role or roles that inherited permissions from it.
