Connect to CRM and e-commerce systems
You can connect your CRM or e-commerce system to 10Duke Enterprise using an event-driven integration.
Based on events sent by your CRM or e-commerce system, you can trigger actions in 10Duke Enterprise. For example, when a new customer purchases a subscription in your external system, an organization or user account is created in 10Duke Enterprise for the new customer, and licenses are granted to the products purchased.
The integration requires the optional 10Duke Integration Service component that is purchased separately.

The integration steps for 10Duke Enterprise release 4 LTS are the same as for the latest 10Duke Enterprise release.
